When you register for your online account you may have a few questions. We've answered them here. If you need any other help, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Services Rep who are on-hand!
How do I know if my registration worked?
After you have successfully registered, you will receive any email telling you 'Your Online Account is Ready to Use!'. If you do not receive this email, please try the other FAQs below.
I can't see my trade prices
This could be down to a number of things...
- Have you registered? In order to see your trade prices you will need to register for a new online account. You can register by clicking here.
- Are you logged in? If you have already registered and still cannot see your trade prices, please check that you are logged in. The website automatically logs users out after 12 hours, so you may just need to log back in.
- When you were registering, did you click 'I have a trade account' and put in the correct details. If you are concerned that you didn't do this, please contact us.
- When did you register? We can only activate your pricing during office hours (Monday – Thursday 8:00 to 17:00, Friday 8:00 to 15:30 GMT). If you register for an online account outside of these hours or over the weekend, your prices will not be activated until the next working day.

It says I am over budget
You can still place an order. There is a button saying ‘Place order via CSR’ which will send us the order as a pro forma.
It says I submitted a quote, not an order
This means we received a pro forma. This will usually be converted to an order, but please check with your Account Manger if you are concerned.
My address isn't displaying
When you first set your new online account up, you will need to input an address. Once you save this address, you can use it next time.
A part is incorrect or not appearing online
There is a blue feedback button on each product page on our website. If you notice any issues with the information on the page, please report it to us and we will correct it for future!
